Thomas Foscht is Professor of Marketing and serves as Dean of the School of Business, Economics and Social Sciences at the Karl-Franzens University of Graz, Austria (KFU). He received his PhD from KFU and was appointed Full Professor at California State University, East Bay, CA. Professor Foscht has published books on Buyer Behavior (6th edition, German, Mandarin), Retail Management (4th
edition, German), and on Reverse Psychology Marketing (Englisch, Korean, Spanish).
His work was further accepted at the European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Product and Brand Management, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Journal of Consumer Marketing, and Long Range Planning, among others. Professor Foscht is best known for his work on customer relationship Management, buyer behavior, and retail management.
